My name is Kyrylo
I am a very passionate and highly motivated energy procurement manager with a proven track record in supply management and renewable energy sourcing by running multi-million projects and continuously delivering savings. I have the ability to work independently, coordinate with external stakeholders and always strive to deliver excellent results on time and in full.
I graduated from the University of Luxembourg and the Kharkiv University of Humanities “People’s Ukrainian Academy” in Ukraine with two master’s degrees in Business Economics and Wealth Management and Finance. I continue to strive for further personal and professional growth through continuous learning.
Throughout my exciting career journey in one of the biggest FTSE100 companies, present in 24 different countries in Europe and Africa, I was always classified as an out-of-the-box thinker with excellent analytical skills and the ability to deliver results in complicated and highly pressured environments.
I am still working as a global energy procurement buyer, co-leading the company’s transition to 100% renewable. My job is to help local market stakeholders to purchase renewable electricity in the most efficient and economic way. This includes in-depth energy market intelligence, preparation of RFQ commercial packages, supplier negotiations and presentation of RFQ results. Post RFQ, my job involves active contract management, reporting, and developing market risk management strategies, such as proposing procurement policies for hedging electricity and signing renewable long-term PPA deals.
With this in-depth knowledge in renewable energy sourcing, sustainable business strategies development as well as the implementation of risk management tactical road-maps in commodity trading and providing consultancy on energy markets, I have decided to launch this platform in order to share my experience, exchange new ideas and to help your business switch to 100% renewable energy.
